Who we are

Rocket Figure is operated by 10X CPA Inc ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you book a call we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, call topic and notes, and the time you choose. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, topic and message. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, through secure Stripe Checkout; we do not see or store your card details. Stripe collects the payment information you enter and shares with us only your payment status, billing email, and the amount paid. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and deliver your call, process payment, reply to your questions, send booking confirmations and service messages, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, such as our hosting platform, payment processor and email provider, and when required by law. These providers may only use it to perform services for us.

Retention

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us through the contact form on this site, or submit a deletion request at rocketfigure.com/delete-my-data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request access to or deletion of your personal information; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us through the contact form on this site. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

European privacy rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your personal information under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver your booked service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the site), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), and consent where we ask for it. You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your data, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. To exercise your rights, contact us through the contact form on this site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic cookies and analytics to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
