Terms of Service

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Agreement

By using this website or booking a service you agree to these terms. Rocket Figure is operated by 10X CPA Inc ("we", "us").

Our services

We offer short advisory calls with a licensed CPA, ongoing access plans, and related accounting intelligence tools. Calls are focused sessions and are not a substitute for a full tax, audit or accounting engagement.

No professional engagement by default

Information given on the site or in a short call is general guidance based on what you tell us. A formal client relationship exists only when we agree to one in writing. Your purchase will trigger a contract. You are responsible for decisions you make and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Booking and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. A selected time slot is held for 30 minutes while payment is completed and is released if payment is not received. Monthly plans renew until cancelled.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation is self-service: open the Manage Booking page on our website, enter your confirmation code, and cancel. A call cancelled at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time is refunded automatically to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days. Calls cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are not refunded. For Monthly CPA Access, cancelling the package cancels all of its scheduled calls, and each call is refunded only if it is cancelled at least 24 hours before its own scheduled start time. Any call, including each call in a Monthly CPA Access package, can be rescheduled yourself on the Manage Booking page (enter your confirmation code, choose "Change time", and confirm the email you booked with) up to 2 hours before the call's scheduled start time, subject to availability; rescheduling does not change what you paid and does not issue a refund. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

Your Ledger data after access ends

When your Ledger access ends, whether because a subscription is cancelled and its paid period runs out, or a full refund revokes access immediately, you can no longer sign in to your Ledger. Cancelling keeps your Ledger open until the end of the period you already paid for. Your Ledger data is not shown to anyone else and is not sold. We keep your Ledger data after access ends, to meet legal, tax and accounting record-keeping obligations and so you can pick up where you left off if you resubscribe. You may ask for a copy of your Ledger data at any time by contacting us through the contact form on this site. Because we retain these records for legal and tax reasons, we generally cannot delete them on request, except where the law requires or allows us to. Because access ends immediately after a full refund, request your export before asking for a refund if you want to keep a copy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.

AI-assisted tools

Some outputs are generated with the help of AI and reviewed by a CPA where stated. They may contain errors and should be verified before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and California consumer protection laws. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, you may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs for complaints about the service.

Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws, as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
